The best way to get rid of belly fat is to eat frequent meals.People who eat often are called grazers. People who eat 3 or less meals a day are referred to as gorgers. The Grazer Principle is a rule that is common place to all successful diet plans. In otherwords, eat five to six small meals/snacks a day.

There are three reasons why eating 5-6 times a day is so important:

1. We are eating how our ancestors ate, which means we are agreeing with out genetic makeup. Our ancestors did not eat 3 square meals, they ate all the time because they were hunter/gatherers.Our ancestors food supply was full of nutrient without being packed to the brim with calories.

2. Turning your body into a fat burning furnace is a great natural way to get rid of fat.If you can increase your metabolic rate, you can permanently lose fat naturally) Your digestive system cannot handle large amounts of food and causes loss of energy and fat storage.

3. If you are constantly eating or “grazing”, you become less hungry and the left over calories aren’t stored as fat on your butt or tummy.

Part 2 of the grazer principle states to always make sure that you are full. If life happens and you become too busy, then you will be sure to make bad choices for your meals. The most satisfying and most often available are those heavily refined, fast or fried foods full of bad fats and lots of carbs.

Due to the fact that our lives are filled with very high stress situations, we tend to crave fats and sugars so that we can make more stress hormones out of them. When your body is in high stress, it means that your sympathetic nervous system aka “fight or flight” system is constantly keeping you in a heightened state.

Fats and sugars provide the necessary building blocks for your body to produce stress hormones such as adrenaline.

The down side is that if your body is left in a constant state of chronic stress, it leads to burnout and then to serious diseases.

If you are looking for a permanent way to lose fat naturally, then start eating 5-6 smaller meals per day and watch your figure change.
