Crash diets are not the solution, have you tried to find weight loss program in the USA
It time to get into that bathing suit, DON’T PANIC no the sky is not falling and there is no need to panic. How many times have you tried to lose weight fast. You know that feeling when all of a sudden the sun is shining and you realize that is the start of summer and in two weeks you need to be able to fit into your bathing costume. You take a look in the mirror and decide you need to lose weight fast and go on a crash diet. Well we all know that feeling, what’s worse is we know that the crash diet does not work for very long and your self esteem is crushed and we give up.
Who to blame for your eating habits?
Now we could do what everyone does in the USA and blame the media for their stereotypical images of slim models with Photoshopped bodies and unrealistic body features. But at the end of the day the responsibility and accountability lies with us. Know one is going to lose the weight for us it basically up to you and yes you are alone in this. That’s just the cold hard facts about weight loss, you are in a fight all on your own, so it’s important to prepare yourself mentally for the road ahead and keep a good mental attitude and to know that this is going to be a long journey with fast days and slow weeks and detours but in the end it is all going to be worth it.
Having a meal plan is what is going to get you through your weight dilemma
As I always say “have a plan, work to the plan” and if you deviate from the plan make sure you get back on track as soon as possible, all is not lost, keep going never give up and you will reach your goals

So now that you are on board I suggest you find a friend that will be your second, sponsor, your shoulder to cry on, your inspiration when you need it.
This person must not be your spouse! You will just take out all your frustrations on him or her and that’s not going to be good for your relationship. This is a journey they will not have the patience to see it through. We all know that if our spouse gives us advice they are more than likely going to get there head bitten off. So choose a close friend that is up to the task or go out and find a personal trainer that you connect with and that you would be happy to take advice, criticism and praise from.
Join a gym in America
Joining a gym can be a good idea. Yes there are hundreds of overweight people in gyms across America and you will not be the only one. It’s the best place to be for support and with personal trainers that have the expertise to assist you with the right exercise routines and eating plans. The real plus point is that you will meet new people make new friends and be motivated to keep going back.
