   This book provides nothing new. It’s just a summary of information available in a thousand other places. Totally useless and a complete waste of money.

   A must buy. This book told me many new facts about vitamin, mineral and food use to help with the health of my body. Full of very useful information and easy to use. Gives many tips to help with your health and memory. I’m sure if you follow the books advice it will add years to your life. Great for everyone not only people challenged with sugar, cholesterol and fat issues. Able to purchase it at a greatly reduced price on Amazon. I recommend it highly.
