There will be a day when you are not doing any exercise at home or at your gym, then you should do hindu squats. The squats will only take 5 minutes of your time.

If you do not know what are hindu squats, then let me elaborate. Hindu squats are squats with no weights. They are simply you performing squats, up and down. Now, the trick is to perform the squats as fast as you can. And you must also the do squats as quickly as possible for 5 minutes straight, with no rest within that period.

Exercise No 2: Walk on inclined surfaces

It doesn’t really matter where you walk, be it on a treadmill which you incline 20 degrees or up a hill, walking on inclined surfaces is much better than riding on your stationary bike, jogging, using an elliptical or using the stairstepper. The main thing is that you do not walk on flat surfaces. Now walking on flat surfaces can also make you lose your weight, but is a slow method to lose your weight. If you want to lose your weight fast, then you should do incline walking.

So, how much time you should spend doing the incline walking? A minimum of 25 minutes daily, 4 days a week is sufficient. That is a total of 100 minutes per week to lose your weight. It is not asking too much considering that you have 10,080 minutes per week.
